Die Sängerin, Multiinstrumentalistin, Komponistin und Musikproduzentin Juliane Heinemann wuchs in der Wendezeit im Berliner Prenzlauer Berg auf.  Nach dem Abi studierte sie Jazz-Gesang an der UdK Berlin.  Ein Erasmus-Austausch führte sie 2004 nach Barcelona, wo sie knapp 20 Jahre lebte und arbeitete.  Sie veröffentlichte dort mehrere Solo-Alben und gewann mit ihrem musikalisch-visuellen Projekt ‘Der letzte Weg Walter Benjamins’ den katalanischen Musikpreis ‘Premi Puig Porret 2018’. Sie kollaborierte mit diversen Theater-und Kunstprojekten und spielte als Sidewoman (Gitarren, Sinths, Keys und Vocals) mit bekannten Musikern wie z.B. Nacho Vegas etliche Konzerte in Spanien und Lateinamerika. Des Weiteren lehrt sie auch seit 15 Jahren Gesang (Jazz,Modern) an diversen Musikschulen, insbesondere an der Hochschule für Musik ‘Conservatori del Liceu’ in Barcelona. 

2023 kehrte sie nach Deutschland zurück. Die mediterrane Sonne für immer im Herzen lebt sie umgeben von Natur in einem abgelegenen Örtchen in der Altmark. In ihrem Studio produziert sie Musik für audiovisuelle Medien. Als Filmmusikerin wird sie aktuell vom Mediastart Programm 2025 der Mitteldeutschen Medienförderung MDM gefördert.

La productora musical Juliane Heinemann (1980, Berlín Este) estudió canto jazz en la UdK de Berlín. Un Erasmus la llevó a Barcelona en 2004, donde permaneció los 20 años siguientes. Publicó varios discos en solitario, ganó el ‘Premi Puig Porret 2018’ con su proyecto musical-visual ‘L’últim camí de Walter Benjamin’. Colaboró con diversos proyectos de teatro y giró por España y Latinoamérica como sidewoman (guitarras, sintetizadores, teclas y voz) con conocidos músicos como Nacho Vegas. Además de su carrera artística, trabajó como profesora de canto en el Conservatorio del Liceo de Barcelona. Regresó a Alemania en el 2023, donde vive ahora en un pueblo aislado, rodeada de naturaleza y silencio. En su pequeño estudio escribe canciones, crea paisajes sonoros y produce música para películas y nuevos proyectos.

Singer, multi-instrumentalist, composer and music producer Juliane Heinemann grew up in East Berlin, she was nine years old when the Berlin Wall came down. Her artistic career is characterized by a restless and eclectic spirit. She began her musical studies as a child with classical guitar, then studied jazz singing at the renowned Jazz Institut Berlin. In 2004 she moved to Barcelona where she fell in love with the Mediterranean Lifestyle and music scene and stayed there for almost 20 years. She released several albums with her original songs (Aren’t you glad to be here? / 2010, True Gods / 2012) and several albums in collaboration with outstanding musicians such as the pianist Marco Mezquida (Sing my Heart /2017). She was recognized by the music prize Premi Puig Porret 2018 with her musical-visual project El último camino de Walter Benjamin. She collaborated with several theater projects (Safo, 2022-23) and toured the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America as a live-musician (guitars, synthesizers, keys and voice) with well-known artists such as Nacho Vegas (tour El Mundo en torno a ti, 2022-24). She composed and produced the original soundtrack for the movie La Singla (Paloma Zapata, 2023) which premiered internationally in cinemas and tv. Besides her artistic career, she worked as a vocal teacher as at the Conservatorio del Liceo in Barcelona for many years. In 2023 she returned to Germany where she is living in a small village surrounded by nature. In her small studio she writes songs and produces music for films and new projects, collaborating also with international artists as currently with the Argentinean painter Gonzalo Elvira for his exhibition at Es Baluard Museu d’Art Contemporani de Palma, Mallorca (inauguration in july 2024).
